Gerard just provides the best opportunities for pictures and I never have enough time to post all of them! And I can never come up with enough clever names for all of them! So this post is a compilation of random pictures over the last few weeks. All you need to know is that Gerard is the cutest little guy in the whole world.

This was Gerard's Easter outfit. It was too cold to wear on Easter, so we waited a few weeks and then it was too small!! He's just growing so quickly. He got to sit in his own chair at church.

This boy loves his own reflection and loves licking/sucking/biting.

No idea how he got himself into this position. I was cleaning up his room and found him like this when I turned around.

Grandbaby Love.

This little boy just melts my heart with that smile...just like his daddy.

For my last picture, this is my adorable nephew Landon. He is so sweet. I love listening to him babble...especially while watching his favorite trains show.

Man of Much Biking

I'm sure I have bragged about this many times in previous posts but I will say it again...Seth works in the accounting department for Trek Bicycles. It is such a great company and he loves it! He was telling me he never thought he would have a job that he enjoyed so much. This is a day in the life of Seth...

400am - change baby's diaper, check weather forecast and go back to bed
530am - wake up and make breakfast
700am - hop on bike and travel 11 miles to work
800am - do work at the best company in the world
100pm - maybe go to the gym @ Trek, maybe go for a company bike ride with 300 other people, maybe go mountain biking on Trek's private trail network
500pm - hop on bike and travel 11 miles home to beautiful wife and handsome son ;)

That is what a typical day in the life of Seth is like and he wouldn't have it any other way. This is a man that is constantly checking the forecast hoping for good biking weather. During the winter Seth biked to work on some of the coldest days. One morning it must have been 10 degrees when he left for work. He is so dedicated to biking. Actually, he is dedicated to fitness in general. In my humble opinion, Seth has been skinny and sexy since the day I met him. However, with all of the biking he has been doing he has lost at least 35 pounds since we moved to Wisconsin. I'm so proud of him and he is such a good example to his family.

He has the best biking outfits!
(He did a 30 miler this day)

Seth and my dad have the same exact bike...except for the size, obviously.

Of course Gerard is going to be a biker some day

On Saturday they biked from New Berlin to Lake Mills in three hours. That's 50 miles. Seth is training for his first century (100 miles) this June.

A Weekend with the Palick's

My older sister, Melissa Johnson, graduated a few weeks ago!! She has seriously worked so hard. Her degree is in psychology & something with the piano. (I'm sure once she reads this she will tell me) She's been playing piano for close to 20 years now and it shows. She has piano hands and an ear for music. One time I sent her a video of Gerard and she called me to tell me that she could hear the classical music I was playing in the background. She then quizzed me about what I was listening to.

Growing up she and my mom would play piano right before bed. I remember because I would go downstairs and yell at them because I was trying to sleep. (Teenagers are so kind) The funny thing is that I had trouble sleeping after Melissa moved to Utah. I missed hearing her play at night. She told me she is going to record herself playing the piano so that I can play it for Gerard...but I might just play it for myself instead :)

Here she is with her wonderful husband, Jordan, of 5 years.

My parents went out for her graduation. They were gone for a whole week, so we all got together and had dinner when they got back. We had fun passing around the babies.

We also went for a walk. Carrie pushed Gerard most of the time. We love having his aunts and uncles so involved.

It was so beautiful outside! We took advantage of the weather and took more family pictures together. I never thought I would be so happy looking at pictures of my husband and my son. You can really tell that Gerard inherited Seth's eyes. They are both my Handsome Hansens.

We love time with the Palicks. Next up, spending time with the Hansens at the end of the month in WASHINGTON!!
